Interceptor installation
Our project brief:
Working on behalf of an award winning national main contractor, A Staddon Groundworks was recently awarded the tender to complete the installation of interceptors to four locations.
The Wates Group is is one of the largest privately-owned construction, development and property services companies in the UK. Wates were looking to work with a subcontractor who offered similar core values and an excellent track record in key areas such as health & safety and quality service provision.

We completed the works as follows:
The project was to be completed in four sequential stages at four delivery office locations on behalf of the Royal Mail, all within the South West. Our task was the safe and swift installation of four Klargester Bypass Separator tanks, to manage the risk of flood or spillage with regard to the Royal Mails fleet vehicles.
It was essential for us to provide the necessary documentation, construction phase plans, training and qualifications in order to work with both the main contractor and overall client, to engender confidence and trust.
The outcome:
Contract dates were agreed and met, site inspections were conducted and the client and main contractor were briefed and satisfied throughout. The project was a great success, with our team completing the works on time and without issue.
